1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Google Play App Test ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our Service.

2. Definitions

• "Developer" refers to individuals or companies submitting applications for testing.
• "Tester" refers to individuals who test applications through our platform.
• "Application" refers to the software submitted for testing.
• "Test Report" refers to the feedback and results provided by testers.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during registration proves to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

4. Service Description

Google Play App Test provides a platform that connects developers with testers for the purpose of testing mobile applications. Our service includes:

• Application testing coordination
• Tester matching based on device and criteria
• Test report compilation and delivery
• Payment processing between developers and testers

5. Developer Responsibilities

Developers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about applications submitted for testing
• Ensure applications do not contain malicious code or violate intellectual property rights
• Provide clear testing instructions and criteria
• Respect tester privacy and not attempt to extract personal information

Developers retain all intellectual property rights to their applications. By submitting an application for testing, developers grant testers a limited license to use the application solely for testing purposes.

6. Tester Responsibilities

Testers agree to:

• Provide accurate device information and testing capabilities
• Test applications thoroughly according to provided instructions
• Submit detailed, honest, and constructive feedback
• Maintain confidentiality of applications and not redistribute them
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from applications

7. Payments and Fees

Developers agree to pay the specified fees for testing services. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

Testers will receive compensation as specified for each completed test. Payment will be processed after the test report is approved by the developer or after our quality assurance review.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Google Play App Test and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Test reports and feedback become the property of the developer who commissioned the test, though testers retain the right to reference their testing work in portfolios.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Google Play App Test, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
